Super disappointment - total rip off

My cat loves cardboard scratchers - and while I hesitated to spend $50 on cardboard - I finally did - anticipating the fun and satisfaction my cat will have and the joy it will give me to watch him. What a super disappointment!! The frame on the long side came in two pieces and was not sturdy enough to hold the cardboard. In addition the cardboard was tapered getting so narrow that the screws could not reach it - We ended up with a pretty useless half piece which my cat still tries to use. I would have sent it back - but thought if the manufacturing and execution was so cheap and shabby the customer service would be too. Sad to say -it is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!

its a good product and my cats like it. But the Ball is much smaller than the pictured product

Love the kitty cove but it was missing one of the screw parts so my husband had to work on it to make it usable.
