I received the incorrect item and have been trying to get the item I ordered for my daughters birthday for TWO WEEKS. The item I was sent were the wrong boots, wrong color and wrong size and customer service wants me to pay a restock fee and still isn’t sending me the correct item?? Horrible customer service
