Great addition to home gym

Great home gym combo machine. Very smooth operation and large footplates for leg press and hack squat. Very good range of motion for 6’ 3” tall. Assembly was straightforward and delivery was fast.

It arrived damaged

Okay—machine overall looks well made. However, there was a delay in delivery, which I understand happens. When it did arrive about 2 weeks after ordering, we discovered one of the pieces damaged. It’s still functional but the piece involves one of the safety arms. I emailed a service rep with pictures and called Powertec and spoke with another rep the following day, and was assured I would be contacted in a couple of days about next steps. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything, despite several more calls to the company and messages left. I guess I don’t have an issue yet with the machine, but the service quality has so far been terrible & wouldn’t recommend Powertec unless there is prompt resolution and attempts at recovery.
