LULU B SEAHORSE BAY CHA CHA DRESS

I really like the Lulu B Seahorse Cha Cha Dress. I love the pink color, its vibrant color and seahorse print is pretty. I like the fabric and style with the tiered layered ruffles. I wish they wearn’t so expensive though and had more sales.
