I absolutely love these MUJI pens. They are so smooth and easy to write with, and they instantly make my handwriting look 10x better. This is my go to choice when journalling and taking notes in class. Def recommend!

Pen writes well. I also like the design aesthetic, and receive compliments on it occasionally. The body of the pen feels slightly soft though, so it may bend a little if you have a really tight grip. The tip also is quite sharp, and can tear the paper if it's on a hard surface and you apply above average pressure (I work in reception and would guess maybe 20% of the people that write with it have this happen. ) I also ordered two pens, but only received one.

I got the brown ink gel pen, as I find its a relatively uncommon color compared to black/blue/red, and I really like it. It did not disappoint! For anyone else's reference, the brown is a bit lighter/brighter and warmer compared to other popular gel pen brands I have. It's really a typical brown, less of a dark brown/sepia black that other brands have sometimes. I really like the transparent look and the barrel feels good, although if you need a squishy grip, you will have to add your own or insert a refill into something else. The line width seems fairly consistent with other brands 0. 5, too, and I've not had any unexpected bleeding or smearing issues (however, I am right handed).
