Healthy Tasty Biltong

So pleased to have found nitrate free Biltong - which tastes great - it's my go to protein snack

The Biltong was okay but I couldn't tell I was eating a beef product. It could have been any meat. I was expecting something a bit more succulent and clearly tasting of beef, but the spices used in the process essentially removed any taste of beef.
