These little saws are good for most garden pruning. Naturally they have limitations so don't have grand expectations of what they are capable of. As with all chain saws upkeep and maintenance of the chain and bar is important. Sharpen and tension the chain correctly. Charge the batteries as per instructions. Clean sawdust from the motor regularly. The saw is lightweight yet robust and very easy to use. Yes. A good bit of kit.
