Love the card

First tap to pay card didn't work. Tried all the different problem shooting methods and it still didn't work. Ended up having to ship it back and wait another week (total between shipping it out and receiving it) for me to get a replacement card. The replacement card works fantastic now.

Did not meet my expectations. Stated in previous email why. Still not satisfied about your respond to my email. Shouldn’t have to send my card out to you and wait for you to process a refund. The card has no value to you. Shouldn’t have to go through those steps for a refund if customer is not satisfied.
