Smooth
Nice. Not one of my favorites because I like bitter dark chocolate & smoky flavors more but this one is smooth with mild dark chocolate flavor

Deep roasted flavors
We used this in our normal pour over and it made an excellent cup. Deep roasted flavors with pretty mild acidity. Beans weren’t oily either so I could see this working well in most espresso machines as well.
