Solid daily driver as espresso. Excellent in all forms we used it- hot and cold americanos, cortados, shaken espresso. Wouldn’t pair with a flavored sweetener- just a touch too thick to surrender to the flavored sweetener. One of my favorites of recent for my cortados though.

I have had this coffee in the past and loved it. Went back to it because of taste.

Hario switch
Really liking it with my Hario switch. Is darker than I am used to, but I have found a good recipe for it. Looking forward to making espresso with it!
