Ethiopia Kochere

Floral with strong blueberry flavors.

I was quite surprised at how well this turned out in my french press. Perfect balance of fruitiness and bitterness (note that the bitterness might be due to my tendency to brew for it).

Approachable Ethiopian

This sits in a unique space between a light-roast fruity/floral natural Ethiopian and more traditional medium roast. That brings pleasant chocolate notes and approachability. While not a replacement when I want a fully fruit and floral natural Ethiopian, it's a great coffee for the rotation.

Natural Tart AND Roasty !
