Christmas Gift
I ordered 2 bourbon glasses for my son-in-law for Christmas.
They arrived and 1 was broken, I wrote to their customer service representative and they responded promptly. Asked me to send a picture, which I did, they thanked me and sent out another glass, which arrived unharmed.
