Concern with Recent Seconds Vase Order
Hello,
I have been a loyal Simon Pearce collector since 2003 and have purchased seconds in the past with full appreciation for their unique character. However, one of the two vases I received in my recent order is far below the usual quality—it should not have been sold as a second at all.
I had planned to give these as gifts, but unfortunately I will not be able to present this vase and will instead set it aside. I will likely purchase a new one to replace it.
Could you please advise on next steps?
