Good, but could have been better

The ordering process was simple and the shipping and tracking was great. What fell short was the pack that I received was rated as “good” condition but what I received was a pack that had two 2-3” rips in the seams of the shoulder strap that had a fair amount of fraying. I was able to sew it up crudely, but I would have liked to have known that a “good condition” could require that level of a repair. To me good would have been those holes being smaller or with no frayed edges or simply the stitching being loose or open. Had I known with photos of the damaged areas maybe, I would have just put the money down for a brand new one. This aside, I do like the website layout annd ordering process and the amount of items that are carried. I will still buy from them again because of their family values and what they stand for.

Product was labeled as "good" quality but has several tears and holes in it along with it being stained black.
