I bought three of these anti backlash nuts and installed them on my CNC. Of the three, one arrived with the compression washer lying loose in the package. As of right now, two of the three have a problem with the compression washer popping off and then the threaded rod slips, causing misalignment of the Y-axis rail. Unacceptable.
