Unfortunately, my experience with the support team has been disappointing so far. Response times are very slow, and I often do not receive any reply at all. I am currently still waiting for feedback regarding my digital cluster and cannot complete the setup because I still have not received the PIN code required to access the settings. The product itself seems promising, but the lack of communication and support has made the experience frustrating.

Digital Cluster

Cluster is mint once its coded. I did have to go back and recode some things for the car after install. I like all the options it has. Only thing that bugs me, when you pick e82 for the chassis it actually sets the car to a f87 chassis not a e82. Bavmods was quick to respond to my emails and send me pass codes for additional settings.
