Came in dirty and used when i purchased new. Took the company 12 days to finally send me a return label. Worst company ever!!! They do not communicate within their department to take care of an issue and pass on the email to whoever.

Love love these boots! I am sn 8.5 and the size 9 was perfect! Bought a pair for myself and my roommate immediately bought 2 pair for herself! Also purchased a pair of shorties for each of the grandkids and a pair each for friends for Christmas! Great quality with fun colors abd design. Love them!
