Kamisori Diablo II Thinner

Good shears but...

I have Kamisori shears already, I like the quality. I specifically purchased these because the teeth are on the top part and not the bottom like most thinners. I first received a pair of thinners with teeth on the bottom. I contacted Tricut, they said there is no difference in the performance of the shears, but I insisted that I wanted the item that corresponds to the picture on the website. The Kamisori website also specifically states that this model has been updated to have teeth on top. I contacted Kamisori independently to confirm Tricut's claim that Kamisori doesn't have the item in stock and will not carry it. Kamisori confirmed - but then I received another email saying they had "found 1 pair" and the item would be exchanged. When the shears finally arrived, they were loose in their large wooden box so they definitely got a bit banged up during transportation, even though I don't see any obvious damage. The tension definitely needed adjusting, but so far so good - other than all that.
