Semi Sheer jelly shimmer finish, not meant to be fully opaque this is a glowy deeper version of glass frog.

Such a beautiful and shifty polish. I couldn’t stop looking at my nails. I did put down a blurry base coat but if you dont have a strong VNL, you can probably get away with a regular base coat. Anyways, I’m in love with this pilish.
