Great product, but a few things

Absolutely happy with this product. It has 100% improved my tool organisation and saved space and the quality is honestly great. The product itself is 5* from the grid base to the attachments. However a few negative experiences was there was no warning you would have to pay VAT for shipping when the product arrives in the UK, this needs to be more clear when ordering, I spend £180 with £15 shipping I assumed the shipping fees covered exactly that, however I was faced with an £45 import fee which drastically increased the overall price which is something to consider as I probably wouldn’t of ordered this product if I knew that extra cost. Secondly there’s a promotion displayed on the website that every 3 sets of socket holders you buy you get one bag free, I especially brought 3 sets of the 1/2 socket holders and the 3/8 sets. Unfortunately no free bags came with my order. Will cosider ordering more base plates for my spanner’s next.
