Santa Barbara Club Chair

This was flat shipped and required assembly. The directions omitted an entire step. The bolts were hard to line up. For this price I would not have predicted it came in pieces instead of soddered together. The cushion strap on one of the cushions was receved with loose stitching. In order to get the cushion replaced, Hanamint requires destruction of the original with spray paint, before they offer the seller a refund, which I find incredibly wasteful. I could have kept to defective one and had it repaired at my own expense as a spare, and kept it out of a landfill. The cushion is not button tufted. The tuft is just a line of stitching.

Beautiful- and fabulous color! Very nice quality.
