The only complaint I have is that the concrete anchor supplied with the safe requires a sleeve (not included) to install the anchor. I had to purchase a Confast WAS38612-I5 anchor from Amazon to secure the safe to my floor which cost me money and time. Otherwise, I love the safe and am impressed with the quality and strength of it.
