Handmade Butterfly Home

POSITIVES: - It’s beautifully made and hangs nicely in our floral garden. - A major wind storm came through our area and tipped over a relatively heavy patio chair. The tear-drop designed house handled it well and the puddling tray stayed in place. TIME WILL TELL: - We see dozens of monarch butterflies each day in our garden and yard, especially this time of year (August). We have NOT seen any visit the house yet. Hopefully in time. NEGATIVE: - No instructions were provided with the product, so I had to email their customer service who responded quickly with the needed details. - Time will tell if we get monarches to use it. We’re in no hurry, but I did buy the pack of three. Plan is to give the other two as gifts. I’d like to tell the people receiving the gift that it works. Again, time will tell I hope. - I’ll have to make my own instructions pamphlet to go along with the gift, since they don’t include one or don’t have one to download from their website.

Love the rustic look and feel. Openings are as advertised....wide enough for the butterflies to enter easily. I bought 4 for each of the family households.

OMG, if I had known from the ad that this was going to be made and sent from China, I wouldn't have ordered it. It's horrible, the smell of whatever it's stained with is nauseating. I doubt that a single butterfly will come near it. The worst purchase ever. And after that big build up from some fake story. What's worse is that I bought one for a gift and I'd never give it to anyone. Horrible product, deceiving advertising on top of it.
