'Diet Coke Ghost' Embroidered T-Shirt

This was my first purchase from United Monograms and I am very disappointed in the (non existent) customer service I received from this company. I purchased the T-shirt to wear to an event. I followed the shipping guidelines when I ordered to ensure it would arrive on time. At time of purchase UM states that the T-shirt would ship in 7-12 business days. When my T-Shirt was not shipped in that timeframe I contacted UM for an update and was forwarded a generic response letting me know that shipping was now taking 15+ business days to ship. I asked that my order be canceled as the shirt would not arrive in time for my event (or as promised on their website) and I received zero response even after several attempts to contact them. Honesty to customers (Or even just some kindness) is very important to me as a customer and I will not be a return customer at UM and will be discouraging my friends and family from purchasing from them as well.

I got this for my mother for Halloween and she absolutely LOVED it!!!
