The hair quality is lovely and the color is beautiful. The hair did arrive straight though, but after washing it, it's actually wavy. My hair is dead straight so it's a bit of a pain to have to heat style it every wash. I've also cut the wefts to make them smaller, because the longer ones tended to "buckle" after a few days. Smaller sections are easier to work with.
