I'm sorry, but disappointed

my pastries were delayed for unreasonable amount of time & as a result they tasted very soggy. I was so sad since I couldn't wait to try them. At least, your staff named Hanan has been very responsive via email during the delay & the delivered product.

The tulumba was fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The syrup wasn’t overly heavy or artificial-tasting, which is rare. Portion size was good and it didn’t feel greasy. Definitely one of the better versions I’ve had—would order again.

I didn’t expect such a terrible product. I know that Turkish Tulumba is very famous, but not the one I got it. Too small, like 1,5 inches and very soft. In one word I will not order anymore from this site
