Estalife Magnesium Glycinate 1000MG

I finished a bottle of ESTALIFE Magnesium Glycinate. It worked for my sleep sometimes, but not always. I think the main issue is that the tenants living above my apartment make a lot of loud footsteps and drag furniture around, which often wakes me up.
