A bit let down

Was really excited about placing an my first order after all the research i did into mk. This was the larger piece i picked up. I understand these are hand poured, but with extra antiqing solution left over the beautiful details has me feeling like little care went into the product. Emailed support with questions originally curious about the pieces, got short handed careless replies, messaged again about the smears across my piece, was told to buff it my self. Will not be a repeat customer especially at these premiums for so little care.
