I bought 2 chains and was conflicted with the product it’s shorter than I imagined but the quality was definitely there. I asked for them to returned due to them not fitting and the customer service team did take some time to reply but once they did they apologised and quickly sorted it out I opted for a different product instead being sent out to me instead of a return. So overall pretty happy
