'Diet Coke Ghost' Embroidered Crewneck Sweatshirt

Item takes a long time to ship which they clearly state. In the month or so I waited for the sweatshirt I had to move. I messaged them to update the address, got a generic message from someone that didn't read my message stating that their stuff takes time and to be patient. I replied and asked the same thing. A few days later I get an actual update and was told everything was good to go. A week or so later I get a notification it's being shipped, a few more days I get a notification it's been delivered...to my old address. I reached out to UM letting them know they sent it to the wrong address, and their response was, once again things take time be patient. It's been nearly 4 months and I haven't received anything.

Never receive this order and no info or tracking was provided and Im still waiting for this to be delivered. I hope I wasn’t scammed, i really want this sweatshirt
