This Skirt steak had a large, tough gristle in it, and not much eatable meat. The meat was good what little was there.

The skirt 🥩 was excellent. Some of the other beef was just ok. We have a full freezer at this point so trying everything.

Since it was a mix of outside and inside skirt it wasn't great.
