Wow! Tender, Juicy & Delicious!
Wow! Will be ordering again. I was a little concerned about the shipping being that I live in NY but the meat was packaged so well that everything was still frozen and it was shipped very fast!!!

This Skirt steak had a large, tough gristle in it, and not much eatable meat. The meat was good what little was there.
