Raccoon Belt Buckle Silver

The belt buckle itself is not the problem, rather the resin they used to seal over the image and the buckle face. It was tacky to the point that touching it left fingerprints and part of it isn't even covered by resin as if a crack formed at some point and a chunk fell off. The missing piece of resin wasn't in the package so I'm assuming it happened before packaging. I love the image, I love the idea, but for the price, I'm not at all happy with the product I've received.
