Awesome service, American made, and looks well built

I had emailed Mike back and forth a few times and ended up ordering the updated Rackless 2.0 bags. Just received them yesterday and am very happy with how well-built they appear to be. It will take some fiddling to set up right but once assembled I think the process will be smooth. I feel good about my purchase and about supporting a small USA business.
