Inconsistent section size

Been using your windbreaks for years now and this is the 1st time we’ve had an assembly issue. We checked that everything was accounted for, 1 peg was missing, but not a problem. As we’ve used before, didn’t assemble before going on holiday. To assemble we really had to force the horizontal bars into the uprights and on another had to leave the bottom horizontal bar hanging for fear of ripping the cloth if we forced it anymore, certainly not what was expected.

Sadly disappointed!

We were so looking forward to using the Coveva windbreak, it’s just a shame we’ve been unable to put it together because the panels are all way too tight! The gate panels didn’t have enough ‘slack’ in them to meet the Velcro fasteners, we managed to get the middle section almost there but no where near with the end ones, and when we tried to put the other panels together, they were again so tight that we couldn’t slide the fabric up to fill in the side gaps/or fasten the clips up, so disappointing! What looks to be a quality piece of kit is unfortunately unfit for purpose, could have done with an inch more fabric to work with. You really shouldn’t have to fight with it to get everything to go together!
