Absolutely awful delivery

Windbreak was purchased to extend existing one , delivered to a house a mile away and old lady in the house told him next left is our house and his reply was no he is just leaving parcel here ,box ripped open and parts missing Frogchem replaced parts but no apologies just went on about dhl deliveries are the best of a bad bunch All in all a poor service

Great product, quick fast service. Only gripe was no tracking info or email updates so didn’t know when it was due to arrive to arrange to be at home
