ZU06 Used E-Scooter

I purchased this scooter over 3 weeks ago it came damaged and I have been in contact with them about sending the parts to fix it. That's there way of making things right, I'm not a scooter mechanic but I'm about to be I guess. Here the kicker the sales lady Anna sent me a tracking number for the parts but said wait patiently a few days for the tracking number to show up as shipped well it's been a week and nothing. The scooter wasn't even shipped in a box it had cardboard wrapped around it with plastic wrap and tape. The company should of sent me a new scooter instead they have been giving me the run around I would never buy anything from this company once they have your money it's like trying to turn water into wine to get them to do anything. It takes about a week to get them to email you back and then they answer my question with a question. Facts I ordered a scooter it came damaged over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to even see the screen light up. I feel totally ripped off....

I love this koomamba zu06 scooter very fast and keep up with traffic and very quick acceleration and great quality and great hills climbing it goes up the steetest hills, and this is the best single motor scooter, I recommend this high performance scooter to who wants a scooter that can do everything
