It’s been three weeks since the expected delivery date (08.10.26) and I still haven’t received my order. I have already politely submitted email requests several times asking for support and out of all my requests, I’ve gotten mostly automated responses with only two of those times were an actual person who at both times stated they would submit a ticket with FedEx to have the situation “clarify” with no follow up whatsoever after that. I’m sure it’s a great product, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you. 09.06.26 Update: Still no response. Still no order.

Set up was easy, instructions were very clear, feels sturdy and secure.
