RAMSYS15 + Tripod Stands Bundle

Sound is great, set up easy.

The o ly reason that this is not 5 stars is that the case is not very strong. One handle needed to be fixed. The plastic makes me nervous. The pin for the stand is solid . . . the lanyard attaching it is not strong. Small things Sound is great and set up is easy for two people!

Hardly any base.

This is my third purchase from Rockville over the years and the base and mids and the speakers are not impressive at all. Really wish I could return them but I don't have the boxes. Is there anything you can do to help me out?

Great sound; great customer service

We used the RAMSYS15 at our 5K race, outdoors, crowd noise. The system was plenty loud enough. What was more impressive was the customer service. Our order arrived 2 weeks before the race and it didn’t work. The CSR suggested some fixes. When they didn’t work, he ordered us a replacement system and emailed us return UPS labels. The new system arrived on time and works great. I love dealing with real human beings!
