Great concept but catered for men or larger people. I am a female 5’ 1” at 110lbs and it is too thick. For instance, it is too high for my neck and the sides are also too thick to where it feels very uncomfortable for me. All in all, was probably made for average size men an women. Would be nice if they had an xs petite version. For me, money wasted, I wake up with too much pain and discomfort.

The snaps are ineffective. The parts come apart very easily, and it has often come apart before I even fall asleep and completely apart by morning.

item is great. it arrived filthy with black footprints on it. I washed the covers and they remain stained. nevertheless the item itself is quite good.
