Love this piece but the unboxing experience was very underwhelming…

Hi! I absolutely love my new necklace and the earrings I also purchased, as well as the pouch as a Free Gift over Black Friday, however, after purchasing from you multiple times in the past, I found the unboxing experience extremely underwhelming on this occasion. Usually, my items have been neatly packed with care in an appropriately sized box, however, this time they seemed to have just been chucked in a large box, along with some scrunched up brown paper & shipped off without any real thought. The gift boxes the jewellery was kept in were also still in a plastic sleeve which made what I have usually considered as luxurious pieces seem cheap & tacky. I really love Heaven Mayhem pieces & will continue to purchase from you but this recent experience was a real let down. :(
