Incorrectly sized

This is my 7th pair of Bed Stu shoes, all size 7. While others have been snug at first, they've all given beautifully within an hour or so of wear. These boots are punishing and unforgiving. Unfortunately, Bed Stu is more loyal to its arbitrary return policy than it is to its loyal customers. By the time I wore the boots, it had been over 30 days since purchasing (my fault for trusting their quality). Instead they sent me a list of tips and tricks, which, while they made me laugh (like I could fit a pair of hiking socks in boots that are already trying to remove at least 4 toes!), they did nothing to relieve my actual pain. I am sad to leave a brand that I cherished, but my wallet is support for companies I shop with and I choose those that treat customers as individuals and want to keep them around.

Beautiful boot

I thought I was going to have to return these boots because they were so tight when I first put them on and walked around in them. Slowly they loosened up, though they are still a little snug across the toe box. I’m hoping after a couple more times wearing them they will loosen up more. Lots of compliments.

Beautiful

Very good quality, a bit stiff at first but fits true to size. Got the rustic color and it’s very vibrant and beautiful. Bought them for hiking but haven’t used it yet, would need to break them in first. I’m a size 37 euro, 6.5 usa
