Best belt ever

To start, the belt is incredibly high quality and worth it while on sale. However, the service is really hard to work with. I placed my order in January, and I am now reciving it in March. I sent multiple emails and dm’s over instagram asking where my order was, but I never got a response. In order to get their attention, I had to leave a critical comment under one of their Instagram videos. I do appreciate that they worked to rush my order after leaving that comment, but I dont see why 7 emails and countless dm’s were left unresponded to.
