Buyer beware…

I really wanted to love this experience because the product itself is actually quite good. It’s well-made and lives up to expectations once you finally have it in hand. Unfortunately, the customer service side completely missed the mark. I placed my order about four weeks before a planned trip, expecting plenty of time for delivery. As the trip got closer and there was still no shipment, I reached out to cancel the order. Almost immediately after I requested the cancellation, a shipping label was created—which felt more reactive than proactive. Even then, it still took another eight days for the item to actually arrive, which defeated the purpose entirely. The timing and communication just didn’t line up, and it left a frustrating impression. In the end, the product is solid, but the overall experience was disappointing enough that I’d hesitate to order again unless the fulfillment and customer support improve.

I can’t say enough good things. The color is exquisite! The quality is incredible. It’s like the high end designer bags. I am going to gift this to my friend for her birthday…that’s how much I love it. And, I’m hard to please.
