We are Really surprised with the costumer service, fast delivery and very reliable service. I will say that they could answer the questions faster but the service is very good.

New tire purchase

Had to get the tire replaced for a friend. The customer service was outstanding. Their answers to emails was very quick and they even sent a video on replacing the tire with the motor on it. Thanks so much!

Review on full service of shopping on website and getting product

First I would say the website is nice. But will need a little more understanding on what goes with what. Far as what product tires accessories go with what scooter. Then when I got the tire the brake disc was bent. Hooking a tire up to red red green green didn't work because I didn't have the proper instructions. Having a proper instructions on how to hook up the wires would definitely be good to put in with the tire. Talking to someone was four star rating. Only real problem I have with that was the time difference. But the time that we overlap where we was able to communicate. Response was within reasonable timing. As a customer I definitely saw enjoy your product as the scooter. And look forward to doing more business.
