I've had 5 different brands of running shoes. Nike - worst, Saucany - 4th, NB - 3rd, Altra - 2nd, and TYR -1st. This is my 2nd pair of Mavericks and love them. 7. 7 Oz, wide toe box and heel, and comfortable. I love my Mavericks so much I bought a pair of Speedworks and RD-1X's also.

Review

Shoes are extremely light, coming from the new Balance 1080s. Was not wearing high ankle socks, I started to get blisters on the back of my heels about 2 miles in.
