This is some of the best gear i have ever owned. Great quality and camo pattern. My only complaint is the customer service through email and phone. I have reached out multiple times through email and also called twice and left two voicemails and have yet to hear from anyone, its been about a month. The warranties offered seem awesome, but i don't know how you can process these if you cant get ahold of anyone.. that being said, i had to exchange sizes and this process was fast and issue free. however, I'm sure it was an automated system. I really hope the human interaction and customer support contacts listed on the website become relevant for future customers.
