Urban Magnetic iPad Case (2024)

Not really worth it

I tried the case for two weeks since I was curious about the origami positions, and after swapping to the ESR one, I can't think of a good reason to go for this one. The origami positions don't add any convenience compared to a traditional trifold design, and (in my opinion) only make it unnecessarily complicated to fold the case. Plus, since the weight isn't evenly distributed across the surface, any position you put the iPad in will end up being rather flimsy. This is exacerbated by the fact that while the magnets stay on, they aren't particularly strong compared to the cheaper ESR case. All in all it's an okay case, but not worth it compared to the sturdier, more stable, cheaper options.

2024 13" Ipad Pro case doesn't fit right

The 13" ipad pro case seems to be a re-stickered previous generation 12.9" ipad pro case. It's clearly designed for a thicker ipad, causing the cover to sag and move about, exposing the screen when closed. And,, Benks is making me pay return shipping despite it being a problem with their product. I really wanted to love it, but this was not a great 1st experience with the company.

This case is elegantly useful with expert use of the magnets to hold the iPad in place as well as the folio piece. I do wish the folio was a bit tighter with the display, it moves a bit from side to side. The pencil is well protected. More pastel colors like mint or baby blue would be great for marketing and aesthetics.
