Good, could be great with a few tweaks.

Excellent spice kit. Everything seems pretty fresh though there are a few I would nix or improve. The curry leaves should be whole sinc this is what most recipes call for as opposed to broken into tiny pieces. I would also sub out the bay leaf and black pepper since these are things most cooks already have.

Helpful and insightful

I chose Gneiss for organic spices for our kitchen, and a holiday gift for my bride.
