Great equipment but poor shipping time and customer service

Helmet is great and obviously higher class than all other helmets on the field. Pads inside the helmet are easy to replace but would be nice to select what size pads you get with the helmet. The elite came with extra sizes but not the size I needed and had to spend almost another $200 for the correct ones. The customer service was pretty poor and the time it took for items to be shipped out each time was ridiculously slow. 13 days for the helmet to be shipped out and a week for the shipping. The pads for the helmet took 6 days to be shipped out but only took about 5 days to arrive. The equipment is top of the line but shipping is poor and customer service communication is also poor.

The helmet arrived sooner than expected. I live in México and thought it was going to last more than 3 weeks. I am already wearing it and it feel great!

Got it for my 9 year old. It’s his first time playing tackle football and he loves the helmet.
