BLACKDEER Foldable Kitchen Storage

It arrived with a broken clip from the top when we pulled it out the box. The clip was already broken so when I email, I get no response for days then I asked for a refund then they’re gonna send me a top but they told me to be careful when I clip it on and don’t add any force. Maybe you need to find out who shipped them cause it came like that in a box. I think the service is very poor with this company I would I think seriously about not ordering anything from there again just because I think the response was poor and the last email was rude.
